What kind of photo should I upload for my portrait?

The best portraits come from the best photos! Please upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo of your pet.

  • Good Lighting: Natural daylight is best. Avoid harsh, dark, or heavily filtered photos.
  • Clear View: Make sure your pet's face and features are clearly visible and not blurry.
  • Don't worry about the background—our artists will focus on your beautiful pet.
  • Our Promise: If you upload a photo that our artists believe won't result in a beautiful, high-quality portrait, we will personally email you to request a better one. We'll work with you to make sure it's perfect.

What is your return policy?

As every item we create is 100% custom and personalized just for you and your pet, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a print error, or is in any way not what you ordered, please email us at ben@happylittledumpling.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will work with you to make it right immediately.

How long will it take to get my order?

As every one of our products is a custom, made-to-order piece, it takes a little extra time to create and send. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date you place your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your one-of-a-kind piece is on its way to you!
